Bonnie

Bonnie

DSH - female

Bonnie he is a sweety pie. Is fond of her human but also has an independent nature. She will come to greet you in the morning, loves her rub and then happily goes off to play with her siblings. She gets on well with the other cats in the house and will fit well into any loving home.

Ralph

Ralph

male

Ralph is available for $90 which is a partial reimbursement towards his desexing and vaccination costs

Ralph is an awesome young gingey boy, he is approximately 18 months old and was surrendered into a vet clinic because his owner didn't want to wait 15mins for an appointment. He was brought in to the clinic to have his leg looked at because he was limping at the time but he is now doing fine. He is one laid back dude who seems to take everything in his stride, he definitely isn't fazed by much. He likes dogs and kids (I'm not sure how he would get on with other cats but i'm guessing he'd be fine with them too) and is very smoochy, playful and quite entertaining! He loves to spin in circles chasing his tail, plays ball and is very handsome. He is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and house trained. So if you are interested in giving a special boy like Ralph a loving home, he will give you so much in return.

Houdini

Houdini

male

Don't be fooled by Houdini's name, this little kitty isn't a trickster or an escape artist! Instead, very affectionate and playful are his trademarks! Poor little Houdini was an unwanted stray adolescent kitten before he was taken in by the clinic to be desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, de-flead, de-wormed and generally loved! This little boy is a happy, playful chap that gets on well with other cats and is currently living at a vet clinic with a resident dog, and gets pats from the visiting clients. Energetic and full of fun, Houdini would suit a family without small children and who would like to add a gorgeous, furry friend to their family. Please contact Burwood Road Vet or come and visit him at the clicnic at: 48 Burwood Road, Concord. Adoption fee by donation.

Biscuit

Biscuit

Purebred Small Samoyed - female

1 year old Purebred small female Samoyed. Height: 40cm, weight: 13kgs. Beautiful boisterous temperament, very high energy and can't get enough attention. She is a little mischievous and needs a little more ongoing training. She would need active owners to be able to keep up with her. Biscuit is great with children, cats and other dogs. Does require lots of exercise and grooming. Walks well on a harness and very much loves her walks, she gets so excited at that time. She is not a fussy eater and is a very happy, active 12 month old puppy. She is best mates with Snowflake, the 18 month old Spitz

Darcey

Darcey

Staffy x - male

Darcey is such a super sweet little boy. He loves to be around people whether it is having a pat or cuddle or just knowing where you are. He also loves the company of his animal friends, playing with his toys and just running around. He can be quite shy in new surroundings like the car or vet and sometimes around new people but once you put on the sookie puppy voice, he is all yours. He gets along really well with the older dogs and also the 1 year old child that he is currently living with and will do well in a home with young children and/or other pets as he just loves everyone company. He is quite a good size already at such a young age and I think when he is fully grown, he will be a medium to large size dog. He walks well on the lead and knows how to sit.

Mickey, Malcolm

Mickey, Malcolm

DSH - male

Brothers In Need

Mickey was born in the pound and was taken into care with his mum and brothers and sister when he was 2 days old. (His brother, Malcolm is also looking for a new home.) He adores his brother as well as the other cats he lives with. He seems a little shy at first but soon comes around and loves to be patted. He has a loud purr. As he is predominately white, he needs to be protected from the sun so he is more an indoors cat and doesn't wish to roam. He would make a great pet but would prefer a quiet home as he is not used to a noisy household. He has been in care for nearly 1? years.

If you think you can give this gentle boy a forever home, please contact us.

Hollys Pups: Brutus and Ellie

Holly's Pups: Brutus and Ellie

Mastiff x

This mum and bubs were rescued from a country pound and sadly the babies have now all come down with Parvo. This is often a fatal disease in young pups and all 5 are now fighting for their lives at our vet clinic on drips.

Update 21/10/08: Sadly the smallest little puppy didn't make it. The other 4 are still fighting but 3 of them are doing a bit better today so we are hopeful they will pull through

Update 23/10/08: 3 of the puppies are now well enough to go home, unfortunately puppy number 4 is still critical at the vets.

Update 25/10/08: All 4 puppies are now at home with their foster carer and although they still have a tough few days ahead, they are expected to make a full recovery

Update 27/10/08: Sadly the 4th little girl took a turn for the worse today and didn't make it. The remaining 3 are doing well.

Update 15/11/08: All the other 3 puppies are doing well and will go to their new homes at the end of November. We are still seeking sponsorship to cover their large vet bill. If you can help please contact us If you can help sponsor these pups, whose vet bill so far has come to $3000, then please call Megan on 9627 2767 or email dchanimaladoptions@iprimus.com.au or click below Thank you to Vernon, Rosemary, Matthew, Roger, Lee, Ruth and Paul for their contributions towards these babies vet bills.
