A huge thank you to everyone who entered and supported DCH Animal Adoptions through our 2024 Mid Year Raffles! The raffle has officially ended, and we’re thrilled to congratulate our lucky winners. We appreciate your amazing support, and we look forward to bringing you more exciting events in the future!
Available for Adoption
Click on the icons above to search for the dogs, cats and horses in our care. Our dogs and cats are vaccinated, wormed, desexed and microchipped. Horses will have their teeth done and hooves trimmed. Our animals are available for an adoption fee which helps with the reimbursement of our veterinary costs. We work with volunteer carers who look after these animals in their own homes to ensure we can assist you in finding the most suitable companion for your lifestyle.
About DCH
DCH Animal Adoptions, which stands for "dogs, cats and horses", is a NSW-based non-profit animal rescue charity (CFN 18284) committed to the rescue and rehoming of unwanted and neglected domestic animals - mainly dogs, cats and horses - but occasionally other animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs. NSW Rehoming Organisation Number: R251000023
Our volunteers rescue animals from certain death in Sydney's pounds and shelters, and horses from the knackery and ensure they are provided with veterinary attention and foster care until a permanent and loving home can be found.
We also assist to rehome surrendered dogs, puppies, cats, kittens and horses from owners who find themselves needing to rehome their animals due to various circumstances.
The foster care system benefits you and the foster pet. By providing you with valuable information about the animal gained through the carer's experiences in a home environment, we can help match you up with the right pet for your home. The animals also benefit from being in a loving home environment until their permanent homes are found.
Help DCH
DCH Animal Adoptions is run entirely by a dedicated group of volunteers with a wide range of roles. If you would like to get involved, become a foster carer or make a donation, we would love to hear from you. Even just a few minutes of your time can help us save more lives!
