Thorn

Thorn

Samoyed - male

Thorn is a good sized Samoyed with a bit too much weight on him. He could do with a bit of regular exercise. He loves to go for walks and see the out doors and has been allowed indoors in the past. He is a friendly aloof natured boy. Thorn smiles around at everything and takes it all in; he is a well adjusted boy and takes everything in his stride. He will need regular walking and about 20minutes of grooming to keep him looking his gorgeous self. Thorn would be good with kids as he is quiet and laid back and doesn't mind being climbed all over. Thorn will also pull on the lead when you first start walking but does settle down as he gets puffed quickly due to being a bit over weight. He travels well in the car and will go anywhere you ask him. Thorn is currently being cared for in a temporary foster home in Carlingford, Sydney.

Thorn was adopted on 04 June 2005 after 2 days in foster care

She is not as stocky as a purebred Staffy and has slightly longer legs. She did not have the best start in life and now deserves a family that can give her the love and attention she deserves.

Bear

Bear

Shephard x - male

Bear is quite the loyal companion. He loves nothing more to be following his humans around and laying and sleeping at their feet. Bear loves playing with other dogs (foster carer has two large dogs) and loves being part of the action wherever that happens to be. As has gets a little older the real Shepard looks have stated to develop. He ears are nearly standing up and he's developing a longish nose. Bear rarely has accidents in the house and if he does it's only because he couldn't get outside. The ideal home for Bear is with someone where he will be allowed indoors to be in human company when you are home and another doggie companion for when you're out at work is a must.

Bear was adopted on 02 June 2005 after 4 weeks in foster care
